Please see here a reminder of the summer driving bans which could effect your cargo transit time across Europe
The bans come into effect 1st July and last until the end of August
**FRENCH DRIVING BANS**
Driving bans for 7.5t and over
- No driving – Saturday 7am-7pm
- Driving – Saturday 7pm-10pm
- No driving – Saturday 10pm- Sunday 10pm
Transit time will be effected
**ITALIAN DRIVING BANS**
Driving bans for 7.5t and over
Driving bans for 7.5t and over
- No driving – Saturday 8am-4pm
- Driving – Saturday 4pm-Sunday 7am
- No driving – Sunday 7am-10pm
DRIVING BANS ALSO IN PLACE ON PUBLIC BANK HOLIDAYS
Transit time will be effected
There are exceptions for trucks carrying perishable produce or refrigerated produce, trucks servicing sporting events or trade fairs, and a few other cases
