Updates from last time
Our “Out in the Field” days went extremely well last month. We visited a lot of clients, and with treats to drop off we were like Santa in the Summer. Thank you to all our customers for welcoming us to their offices. We hope you all enjoyed the treats.
Our customs team branched out into creating ATA Carnets last month and this new service has been going well. Get in contact with our customs team for more information.
First European celebrated its 14th Birthday on 31st August! We’ve been trading for 14 years!
We celebrated this amazing milestone in style. Having a party and cake and a buffet in the office with all our staff.
This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and dedication from our directors and staff and most importantly, our customers! We want to thank everyone who has helped us get this far.
Training our Team
The training starts this Month. Working alongside Training 2000 in Blackburn, we’re expanding our knowledge as well as our customer base! Beth, Mohammed, and Imogen are doing their Management Course and Red starts his Accountancy Course. Good luck to each of them. We’re proud of you all.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we can handle any shipments, to anywhere in Europe and this was put to the test this month. We’ve had to deliver supplies to a cruise ship in Croatia. This was a new one for us and it went off without a hitch!
Summer driving bans are also coming to an end, which means that transport across Europe is back into full swing! No worrying that trucks could get delayed, or jobs need to be postponed.

Customs are expanding
Due to popularity of our services, especially our customs service, we’ve expanded our customs team. Everyone welcome Gareth!
Gareth has over 2 years’ experience dealing with UK customs in his previous job. He was looking for a change and a new challenge and he’s found it here at First European.
Hard working and eager to learn, Gareth fitted right in with our team and we can’t wait to watch him shine!
